How did systems thinking contribute to the success of the project? What elements in the project were not ideal (unexpected problems, delays, negative response to implementation, et cetera)? How could chaos or complexity theory have predicted the problems? Describe your strengths as a self-reflective leader. What are your limitations or growth areas? How do you plan to address personal limitations? Describe the leadership competencies demonstrated or needed.
