This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and revisions are provided for orders placed on NursingHomeworkHelp.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions. We strive to ensure high-quality academic assistance, but in cases where our Services do not meet your expectations as per the original instructions, this policy governs your options for refunds and revisions.

This policy applies to all Papers, Products, or Services (collectively “Orders”) including but not limited to custom-written essays, research papers, nursing care plans, case studies, PICOT statements, SOAP notes, capstone projects, dissertations, theses, discussion posts, PowerPoint presentations, editing, proofreading, paraphrasing, and formatting.

Important: All refund and revision requests must be submitted in writing via your Customer Admin Panel, email, or the contact form on the Website. Verbal requests will not be processed.

If you believe your Order does not meet these standards, you may request a refund within the applicable Refund Period. The Refund Period begins on the date your Order deadline expires (or the actual delivery date if earlier) and lasts as follows:

  • 14 calendar days for Orders of 20 pages or fewer (or equivalent slides).
  • 30 calendar days for Orders exceeding 20 pages (or equivalent slides).
  • Extendable to 180 calendar days in exceptional cases where plagiarism or unauthorized AI-generated content is confirmed through an independent report.

Refund requests submitted after the Refund Period expires will not be considered under any circumstances.

Full Refund Scenarios

A full 100% refund will be issued automatically in the following cases:

Partial Refund Scenarios

In other cases, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our Quality Assurance Department (QAD). We may require documented evidence of dissatisfaction, such as:

  • A scan or screenshot of your instructor’s feedback highlighting specific issues.
  • A plagiarism report from a reputable tool showing matches not attributable to citations.
  • Detailed explanation of how the Paper deviates from your original, confirmed instructions.

Upon review, QAD will determine the refund percentage based on the severity of the issues:

  • If the Paper contains mistakes or irrelevancies to the initial instructions, a partial refund equivalent to the percentage of incorrect or non-compliant content may be issued.
  • If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on our side (e.g., expert unavailability), we may refund the price difference between the original and actual delivery time or provide compensation in the form of credits or discounts for future orders.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Discounts, seasonal offers, or promotional credits applied to the Order.
  • Delays caused by incomplete instructions, missing files, failure to respond to expert questions, or verification procedures.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction without supporting evidence.

  • Extendable to 180 calendar days if plagiarism is confirmed.

After the Revision Period expires, we assume you are satisfied with the Paper, and no further free revisions or complaints will be accepted.

Conditions for Free Revisions

Free revisions are available unlimited times within the Revision Period, provided:

  • The request is based solely on the original, confirmed Order instructions (not new or contradictory requirements).
  • You submit the request via your Customer Admin Panel, email, message board, or live chat, including detailed explanations of the needed changes.
  • The revisions do not introduce new topics, sources, or significant scope expansions (e.g., rewriting an entire section with new research).

Upon receiving your request, our expert will make the necessary changes. The time taken for revisions does not count toward the original deadline and does not qualify the Order as late under the Money Back Guarantee.

Paid Revisions

If your revision request:

  • Is submitted after the Revision Period expires.
  • Includes new, additional, or differing instructions from the original Order.
  • Requires substantial rework (e.g., more than 30% content change).

It will be treated as a new Order, requiring additional payment. The fee will be calculated individually based on the complexity and extent of changes.
