Submit your detailed question here…The purpose of learning time management is to be able to use time more effectively and efficiently. The practice of time management will allow me to achieve goals in the time frame available. A stitch in time saves nine is the popular saying.
Putting time management into practice will also help me to successfully achieve my goals and I will then be able to apply such learned practice during and after my student life, when I will be practicing as a professional nurse. With reference to my daily activity log, many things need to be changed. I will set my priorities for academic goals and study time. I need to reduce the stresses of working too much, stress prevents attempt to get organized (Ellis R. & Hartley L. 2012). I will also create more time for relaxation and put more time for studying and school work or assignment. The reason why priorities need to be set is because achieving my goal is my primary concern. When a priority is set for the most important thing, I believe that the goal will be achieved. Stress is another barrier thatI cannot escape when trying to achieve success in my academic carrier although, I still need to work to keep up with the economic downturn but, work time can be limited while spending and expenses can be reduced to give more time to concentrate on achieving my goals. Time to rest is also important; I need to consider relaxing my body and brain. When I get enough rest, I will be able to stay alert and not feel fatigue when it is time to study. Getting enough rest allows for enhancing ones energy and focusing during study time (Ellis R. & Hartley L. 2012).Overall, time management can be the basis of achieving target goals because time is the greatest enemy of man. If time is not taken into consideration in any plan or task, one may end up never completing the task.ReferenceEllis J. R. & Hartley C. L.
