Communication strategies that support an effective policy making-presentation/visit.This paper is about a meeting with Florida senator Bill nelson on how to transmit the message for a new policy maker related to nurse shortage.
The initial paper done was about planning a policymaker (which the paper is attached in files). The focus on this paper is that policy recommendation affects the COMMUNITY. This paper also focus on how to communicate effectively the importance of a new policy addressing nursing shortage. I WILL BE MEETING THE SENATOR’S STAFF and based on this paper, that will be the approach used to transmit and persuade the senator in approving the policy that I’m suggesting. The rubric for this paper is attached to the file with more specific guidelines that needs to be followed precisely. I highlighted and wrote in red other very important components of this paper. i’m also attaching another file with the message to be sent (the nurse shortage is a very critical problem and needs to be address).
