Public Health and « new sciences » : the medical paradigm in France and the individual, main actor of his/her own health
I’ve started writing this paper, so basically you’ll have to finish it. The pages I want you to write do not include the final bibliography. Since it means more pages, I would just like you to send me the references so I can put them in my bibliography. I’ve partially made my outline so you need to follow it, filling the missing ideas. There a three parts (I., II., II.) to my dissertation. Each must contain 3 subparts (A., B., C.), just as the 3 subparts must contain 3 underparts (a., b., c.). Each of the smaller parts (a., b., ) equate to more or less 1 page. You will understand as you open my document, it is written as said. My introduction explains well what my subject is and how I want it to be treated. My paper aims at presenting a set of public policy recommendations, although to get there and justify them, it desserts much about Healthcare and Medicine. Aside from the part I’ve written, I’m sending your the guidelines I was sent by my university.To be more clear:I. Trying to show that the biomedical model is done. The way it is practiced now exposes its many limits in improving population health.Write ”we”, not ”I”. Instead of ”I believe public health, etc.”, write ”WE believe public health, etc.”II. Exposing new sciences that sustain the idea that people should be considered as body-mind systems in aiming to improve their health. Expose things in a way that shows that the way people perceive their environment is crucial to their health. This part must be heavily based on scientific studies/research from credible scientist. Reference scientific studies.
